By accessing or using Buzztrips (buzztrips.festbuzz.in), making a booking, or clicking "I Agree," you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions along with our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform or make any bookings.

Buzztrips is a digital aggregator platform owned and operated by Festbuzz. We act as an intermediary between travellers (you) and trip operators.

The trip operator for all listed trips is Soulscape Trails, a registered travel company responsible for all ground operations including transportation, accommodation, meals, activities, and safety during the trip.

• Buzztrips / Festbuzz: Platform operator, booking facilitation, payment processing, customer support.
• Soulscape Trails: Trip operator, ground logistics, itinerary execution, on-ground safety.

To use Buzztrips and make a booking, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be currently enrolled in or have recently graduated from a recognised college or university in India.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Provide accurate and truthful personal information.

By booking, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. Buzztrips reserves the right to cancel bookings and forfeit advances if false information is provided.

Advance payment: A non-refundable advance is required to confirm and lock your seat on a trip. The advance amount is displayed on each trip's booking page. The remaining balance (if any) must be paid as per the payment schedule communicated by Soulscape Trails.

Payment processing: All payments are processed securely through Easebuzz, a RBI-authorised payment aggregator. Buzztrips does not store your card or banking details.

Booking confirmation: Your booking is confirmed once the advance payment is successfully processed and you receive a booking reference number via email.

Seat guarantee: Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. A booking is not confirmed until payment is received. Expressing interest does not reserve a seat.

Cancellation and refund policies are determined by Soulscape Trails as the trip operator. General guidelines:

• Advance amount: The advance paid to lock your seat is non-refundable under all circumstances.
• Balance payments: Refund eligibility on balance amounts depends on the cancellation timeline and is at the discretion of Soulscape Trails.
• Trip cancellation by operator: If a trip is cancelled by Soulscape Trails due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, government orders, force majeure, etc.), the advance amount may be adjusted toward a future trip at the operator's discretion. Buzztrips does not guarantee cash refunds in such cases.
• No-shows: No refund is applicable for no-shows or failure to report at the designated departure point on time.

All refund requests must be directed to Soulscape Trails via the contact details provided in your booking confirmation.

As a traveller, you are responsible for:

• Carrying a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar card, passport, or driving licence) throughout the trip.
• Carrying any required medical documents, prescriptions, or health insurance relevant to your condition.
• Following all instructions given by Soulscape Trails guides and staff during the trip.
• Behaving responsibly and not engaging in conduct that endangers yourself or other travellers.
• Disclosing any pre-existing medical conditions, physical limitations, or allergies at the time of booking.
• Submitting all required documents (signed consent form, Aadhaar details) before the trip departure date.
• Ensuring you are physically fit for the trip activities described in the itinerary.

Certain trips require travellers to submit a signed Participant Consent, Undertaking & Liability Waiver Form prior to departure. This form must be completed by each traveller.

Failure to submit required documents by the deadline may result in your boarding being denied without any refund obligation on the part of Buzztrips or Soulscape Trails.

By signing the consent form, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with adventure travel and voluntarily assume those risks.

Travel and adventure activities carry inherent risks including but not limited to: physical injury, illness, loss of property, delays, and in extreme cases, death. By booking through Buzztrips, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

Buzztrips / Festbuzz is not liable for:

• Any injury, illness, accident, loss, or damage occurring during the trip.
• Actions or omissions of Soulscape Trails or any third-party service provider (hotels, transport, etc.).
• Trip cancellations or modifications due to force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, government advisories, etc.).
• Loss or theft of personal belongings during the trip.
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform.

Soulscape Trails, as the trip operator, maintains responsibility for ground-level safety, qualified guides, and adherence to applicable travel regulations.

Soulscape Trails reserves the right to modify, alter, or substitute any part of the trip itinerary due to safety concerns, weather conditions, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances. Such changes do not entitle travellers to a refund of the advance paid.

All travellers are expected to maintain respectful behaviour throughout the trip. Soulscape Trails reserves the right to remove any traveller from a trip, without refund, if their conduct is deemed dangerous, disruptive, or harmful to others.

Consumption of illegal substances is strictly prohibited on all trips. Alcohol consumption is subject to the rules communicated by Soulscape Trails for each specific trip.

All content on the Buzztrips platform — including text, graphics, logos, trip listings, and design — is the intellectual property of Festbuzz or licensed from Soulscape Trails. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Buzztrips reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Roorkee, Uttarakhand, India.

We encourage resolution of any disputes through direct communication with our support team at trips@festbuzz.in before pursuing legal action.
